Our standard payment schedule is:

Design files and website source files are released after the agreed payment has been received.

Delivery timelines depend on:

Delays in receiving client feedback or required materials may extend the project timeline.

Clients are responsible for providing:

Each package includes a specified number of revisions.

Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Major changes requested after approval may be treated as a new project.

Upon receipt of full payment:

Website maintenance is offered as a separate service unless explicitly included in the project proposal.

Hasim Design will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Either party may terminate a project by written notice.

Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.
